Cisca Brouwer is Associate General Counsel at Snap Inc., the camera company that owns the Snapchat, Bitmoji, and Spectacles brands. Within Snap Legal Cisca leads the Revenue & Marketing group, which handles global ad policies, marketing initiatives, agency and advertiser agreements, legal ops, payment integrations, partnership deals, and terms for all Snap ad inventory. Cisca earned her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of California, Berkeley.
