Vikki Rohrer drives strategy and process as Ford Motor Company’s Global Agency Strategy and Operations Manager, an integral lead of the cross-functional Global Advertising Management Team (GAMT). She has over 27 years of expertise at Ford, with 17 of them dedicated to agency relationships. The mission is to design and build a best-in-class agency ecosystem that drives innovation, attracts talent and maximizes effectiveness and efficiencies.

Her current role is to lead, educate and counsel the markets in all advertising agency relationship matters with a focus on driving effectiveness, eliminating waste and better optimizing our investment with our agencies and media partners, so that our dollars go further and deliver the best business results.

During her tenure at Ford, she led the design and implementation of the Integrated Marketing Flow concept – process for key projects between Ford and our agency partners with built in alignment, integrating creative, production and media strategies to focus on audience and product insights to drive strategic positioning, implemented strategic MarTech for powerful decision making, drove major multi-agency ecosystem transitions and developed a global onboarding and training program. A graduate of Eastern Michigan University -BA - international marketing. While issuing bonds and funding the balance sheet in Ford’s treasury department, she obtained her master’s in finance at the University of Detroit Mercy. She served as a host of the ANA’s Financial Management Conference, a member of the ANA, active in the AFM and Agency Relations committees and the Marketing Operations and Transformation Forum.
