2016 BMA B2 Awards Entry Requirements

  • Creative you are submitting must have been implemented during the year 2015 (January 1 - December 31, 2015).
  • Entry materials must be submitted through the online entry form. No physical submission required.
  • You must provide URLs for links to WEB SITES, VIDEO files, AUDIO files, as well as links to blogs, social media, etc.
  • Descriptive fields are each limited to so please be mindful when entering descriptions.
  • You may submit multiple entries per division. Please fill out one form per entry.
  • All payments must be received by no later than 11:59pm (ET) Wednesday, March 30, 2016.

DESCRIPTION FIELDS

Each descriptive field is limited to 1250 words per field.

- Entry Title
- Divisional Category
- Company Name
- Agency
- Brand
- Campaign Overview
- Business Challenge and Objective (Describe your KPIs and audience)
- Strategy (Key communication point or big idea)
- Execution (Specific tactics, touchpoints, and communications)
- Results (Include business impact and performance against KPIs)

All divisional category entries can submit up to:

  • 5 uploads (video, documents, presentations, images)
  • 3 URL links

ACCEPTABLE FILE FORMATS

  • Documents
    • File size: Less than 10MB
    • File formats: .doc, .pdf, .ppt
  • Pictures/Photographs
    • File size: Less than 10MB
    • File formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .pdf, .gif, .tiff
  • Audio
    • File size: Less than 10MB
    • File formats: .mp3, .wma
  • Videos/Animations
    • File size: Less than 10MB
    • File formats: .avi, .mov, .wmv, .mpg, .mpeg, .swf
  • ZIP FILES ARE NOT ACCEPTED
