Is membership a lifetime fee or an annual fee?
Membership is an annual fee, good for one year following your date of sign-up.
What is the difference between a "National Membership" and a "Chapter Young Professional Membership"?
The difference between an ANA Business Marketing National Membership and a Chapter Young Professional Membership is that a Chapter Young Professional Membership is a local affiliation to one of our 15 local Chapters and does not include ANA National benefits – it is essentially an introductory two-year membership for young B-to-B marketers at a discounted rate. The benefits associated with both membership types are summarized here.

My company is a Corporate Member. How do I create an account to access my benefits?
Easy! Simply click here to create your log-in. Please make sure you use your business email address so that our system can recognize your association to your company.
How can I register additional guests for an event?
- Log out of your account on marketing.org.
- Click the “register now” button on the event page.
- Make sure to click the “register without logging in” link on the ensuing page.
- On the next page, enter your guest’s email address and click “continue.” Next, enter your guest’s information.
- Provide payment on the next page and finalize your guest’s individual registration.
- Repeat steps 1-5 to register any other guests individually.
I have a question about an upcoming event I registered for. Who should I contact?
If your question is about cancelling or receiving a refund for any event you registered for on marketing.org, please first check the cancellation policy in your confirmation email for that event. If you are within the cancellation policy, please contact email@example.com.
If your question is about a Chapter event's logistics, including catering or parking information, please contact the Chapter leader of the Chapter hosting the event. Contact information for the Chapters can be found on their websites here.
I am a Chapter Young Professional member having issues registering for an upcoming webinar. Please help.
