Board of Directors announced for 2013-14

Kathy Button Bell named BMA Chair; Stephen Liguori announced as Vice Chair
 
The Business Marketing Association (BMA) recently announced its new Board of Directors. The National Board is made up of 11 officers and 18 directors.
 
Kathy Button Bell, Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer, Emerson, was named BMA Chair for 2013/2014. Stephen Liguori, Executive Director, Global Innovation & New Models, General Electric, will serve as BMA Vice Chair. 
 
Starting July 1, Al Maag, retired Chief Communications Officer for Avnet, has been named BMA’s Executive Director. In this role, Maag will further strengthen BMA’s commitment to career development and networking of business-to-business (B2B) marketers globally while working to help boost chapter growth. He will also manage the execution of the board's strategic plans.
 
“I am delighted Al Maag has accepted the role of Executive Director,” says Button Bell.  “He will be crucial to the acceleration of the BMA’s influence and ability to help BtoB marketers grow their careers. His experience as a former BMA Chair allows continuity in our approach to developing high quality content and value at a time when BtoB marketers face such unique and fast changing challenges.”
