2014 Will Include Extended Categories, Top-tier Awards for Agencies, Vendors and Corporate Marketers
Naperville, IL, December 5, 2013 - Now in its 38th year, the Business Marketing Association’s (BMA) Global B2 Awards, will honor creative excellence and the best in strategy and style in business-to-business (B2B) marketing. This year, BMA will introduce extended categories, new top-tier awards and super-categories, and strengthen the spotlight that it shines on the marketers who earn a B2 Award.
“We’ve been fine-tuning and broadening the reach of the B2 Awards program,” said Marc Green, Director of Marketing Communications at Ingredion, BMA National board member, and B2 Awards lead committee member. “BMA has added a content marketing division, and organizers will continue to encourage the growth of submissions in emerging categories. While traditional areas like integrated marketing, and print and corporate branding continue to attract high volumes of submissions, new media categories are gaining steam. In 2013, for example, social media submissions grew by about 25%.”
To participate in the premier, international b2b marketing awards program, all submitted creative must have been implemented during the 2013 year (January 1 - December 31, 2013).
B2 Award winners will be recognized before the 2014 BMA Global Conference on Tuesday, May 27 during a B2 Awards Reception in Chicago, IL. This year’s reception will occur the evening before the Annual Conference with festivities to honor the Global B2 Award winners. A video is slated for release in April, 2014 to announce category winners and top-tier award nominees.
Entries can be submitted online at marketing.org/B2Awards, until March 14, 2014.
