Andy England, EVP and Chief Marketing Officer,

 Andy England is executive vice president and chief marketing officer for MillerCoors, responsible for
 leading the company's efforts in marketing, communications, strategy, planning, and government
 affairs. 

 Previously, Andy was chief marketing officer of Coors Brewing Company.

 Before joining Coors in February 2006, he spent more than 20 years in marketing and operations,
 driving profitable growth for somee of the world's most recognized brands. More recently, he was vice
 president of international marketing and strategy at The Hershey Company. 

Prior to Hershey, Andy held a variety of senior marketing positions at Nabisco Biscuit Company, Cadbury Schweppes, Dr. Pepper/Seven Up and OpenTabl, Inc. 

England is a native of Epsom, United Kingdom, and holds a master's degree in businessadministration from Stanford University and a bachelor's degree in engineering science from Durham University in the United Kingdom. 


Leigh Segall, Chief Marketing Officer,  

As Chief Marketing Officer of InnerWorkings, Inc., Leigh is responsible for all aspects of the company’s global marketing strategy.
 
Prior to joining InnerWorkings, Leigh was the Vice President of Marketing for Leapfrog Online, one of the largest digital marketing companies in the US. In this capacity, Leigh oversaw the development and execution of the company’s full brand strategy.
 
Leigh also spent seven years as CMO at SAVO, the leading Sales Enablement technology company in the US. She oversaw all aspects of the marketing strategy to acquire new clients, develop customer loyalty, build market and brand awareness, and recruit the best and brightest new employees. 
 
Prior to SAVO, Leigh served as Executive Director and chief spokesperson for Youth Venture, a national, not-for-profit organization based in Washington, DC as well as serving as strategist for firms including Chlopak, Leonard, Schechter & Associates, Dowling Langley & Associates, and Accelerated Market Strategies.
 
Leigh has a degree in Political Science from Emory University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, with an emphasis on Marketing and Strategy. She is married with three children and lives in Chicago.

Christie Hefner, Chairman,  Chairman, and former Chairman, CEO,  

A seasoned professional with more than thirty years experience at executive levels in both public and private companies, as well as multiple public company directorships.  Christie presently serves as Executive Chairman of Canyon Ranch Enterprises, a new company that was formed to own the intellectual property of the renowned health resorts and extend its mission by providing consumers with the tools and inspiration to live healthier lives.  She is building profitable new businesses by successfully forging media and business partnerships.  She is also Chairman of the Board of Hatch Beauty, a beauty innovation company that specializes in working with brands and retailers on strategy, product development, and creative services and packaging.  
 
Previously, Christie served in a variety of executive positions with Playboy Enterprises, a NYSE listed company, culminating in 20 years as Chairman and CEO.  She was widely credited with developing and leading the execution of strategies that repositioned the company from its legacy domestic magazine business to a global multi-media and lifestyle company.

Her strengths include brand building, marketing, M&A, and global business development.
