BMA Middle East
Business marketers in the Middle East have been talking about BMA since a regional chapter launched in May. Their conversations have helped grow a 40-member organization with representatives from companies including 3M, BPA Worldwide, Elcome International, Gyro, Jack Morton Worldwide and Pixelhunters.
“We have utilized online channels to the max,” says Annette Fernandes, client services director at Fifth Ring.
Accenture, Gyro, ServerLIFT Corp., Slack and Co., Stein IAS and Sullivan Higdon & Sink earned top honors in the annual B2 Awards competition.
Christoph Becker serves as global chief executive and creative officer at gyro, the advertising agency that BMA B2 Award judges recognized as large Agency of the Year in May.
gyro signed new clients including BBC World News, Cisco and TD Ameritrade in 2013. The agency grew by 5% and added top talent to its staff—feats the company attributed in part to its adoption of a collaborative company culture that it dubbed UNO.
USG Corp. took home top honors at the BMA Chicago Tower Awards ceremony last month. The company, which serves the construction and building industries, raked in eight trophies.
