African Union and European Union organize forum on media development

Working towards a common vision for the future and shared progress, the African Union (AU) and European Union (EU) are holding a three-day forum on Media and Development in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso on September 11-13.

The forum will bring together professional journalists, civil society representatives and policy decision-makers. Both the AU and EU aim to show that Africa and Europe are seeking common solutions to the problems that confront them this century.
