America Abroad Media is currently seeking a project director.

The project director manages a 5-6 person production staff who produce regular news packages, special reports, and long form content for two of the top television stations in Egypt.

The project director is responsible for heading up all operations for the BEN initiative in the Washington, DC office, including supervision of day-to-day operations, managing and maintaining a steady production schedule, serving as the editorial director, and acting as main liaison with the senior production teams at the Egyptian partner stations. The project director also manages in-studio and documentary productions for visiting journalists from Egypt and works closely with partner stations.

Working knowledge of English and Arabic required; fluency strongly preferred.
