Arab journalists can enter this contest.

The Arab Journalism Award is accepting submissions from Arab journalists who have exhibited creativity, objectivity and the ability to reach a range of sectors in Arab society.

Entries can be made in the following categories: Humanitarian journalism, investigative journalism, Arabic youth journalism, cultural journalism, sports journalism, political journalism, best journalistic photo, economic journalism, specialized reporting, caricatures in journalism, and dialogue in journalism. Every winner in its category will receive US$15,000.

In addition, the winner for the best written column will receive US$20,000, and US$50,000 will be given to the best broadcasting journalist.

The deadline to apply is December 31.
