BBC Azeri seeks an editor to lead the its multimedia website, which aims to engage an Azeri-speaking audience by bringing relevant on an international, regional and local events.

The successful candidate will lead the Azeri service team editorially and managerially to produce digital content that is relevant to the audience but achievable within existing resources. The editor will coordinate the multimedia online output, including next day to long-term.

Applicants should have substantial and recent experience as a journalist, along with fluency in English and excellent knowledge of Azeri. Candidates should have the demonstrable ability to edit multi-platform websites, a story-driven approach to content production, and experience in covering a broad agenda.
