BBC Bangla is seeking a broadcast journalist to provide authoritative, engaging coverage of news and current affairs in the area.

The successful candidate will contribute voice and text to the various outlets of the wider BBC, along with developing and producing packages for television, radio and the web.

Applicants should have significant reporting and editing experience, in-depth understanding of South Asian politics and international affairs, and first-class IT skills.

This is a 16-month, fixed-term contract.
