Journalists with experience in radio can apply for a job in Cumbria, England.

BBC is seeking a producer for BBC Radio Cumbria's flagship weekday breakfast program, Mike Zeller at Breakfast.

The successful candidate will be the program’s lead producer,as well as a team worker who is confident with newsroom technology and can work calmly under pressure.

Applicants should have the ability to communicate a passion for powerful and engaging speech radio and to deliver this on a daily basis. Candidates must have substantial experience in a radio newsroom, first-class writing skills and a strong appreciation of what makes great live radio.

A strong broadcast voice, an ability to prepare and read news bulletins and to report when required would be an advantage.
