CNN International is seeking an assignment editor to join its Asia news production center in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily news coverage throughout the Asia Pacific; liaising with regional bureaus, the International Desk in Atlanta and senior management in Hong Kong; assigning reporters to news and business stories across Asia; and anticipating the varied show requirements and coordinating logistics for features and special events.

Applicants should have at least 10 years' experience in journalism (preferably broadcasting), experience working on an international desk and sound knowledge of digital technology.
