CNN is seeking an associate producer for its political and breaking news show, The Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer.

The successful candidate will assist in all visual aspects of show production and execution with an emphasis on video and graphics. The associate producers will assist in research, compilation, production and editing of pieces and segments.

Applicants must be proficient in viewing video, picking soundbites and identifying the best shots. Candidates should possess extensive knowledge of American politics and American political leaders. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, iNews, Mediasource, Desk Edit and/or Final Cut Pro is a plus.
