A competition is seeking stories about financial literacy in Russia, including financial fraud, real or imagined financial services and citizens who have faced trouble due to poor financial literacy. Deadline: November 10.

Submissions should be no longer than ten pages. Winners will received iPod Shuffle 3Gs.

The competition is supported by the Russian federal program in financial literacy.
