Young journalists under the age of 25 can participate in this contest.

The Federal Agency on Press and Mass Communications has announced the Challenge - XXI Century contest.

Categories of the contest include political position, economic point of view and international relations.

Entries must have been published in print media and blogs from Oct. 2012 to Sept. 2013.

The winners will receive prizes and diplomas and will be invited to a workshop and awards ceremony in Moscow. The winning entries will be published in the national media.

The application deadline is Sept. 15.
