Professionals, academics and students interested in mobile technology and journalism are invited to a convention.

The International Congress: Journalism and Mobile Devices, organized by the University of Beira Interior's LabCom, will be held November 18 and 19 in Covilha, Portugal.

The event will gather participants from Portugal, Spain and Latin America. The program will include lectures, case studies, panels and workshops on journalism for smartphones and tablets.
