Young journalists from the U.S. can apply for an internship placement in Washington, DC. The program runs from January 17 to April 8, 2011. Deadline: December 31.

The full-time program, sponsored by the Young America's Foundation, includes seminars, journalism training and experience in a media outlet. Participants will receive a monthly stipend of US$1,000.
