Deadline approaching: Film, TV scholarship [Brazil]

Brazilian journalists ages 22 to 29 can apply to study at Escuela Internacional de Cine y Televisión (EICTV) in San Antonio de los Baños, Cuba.
The EICTV program runs September 2013 - July 2016. Students can choose one of eight specializations: directing, production, script-writing, photography, sound, documentary, editing and television, and new media.
The course costs EUR€5,000 a year (about US$6,530), but Brazil's Ministry of Culture will cover the second and third years, as well as part of the first year.
Students will receive accommodation, meals and transportation between Havana and San Antonio de los Baños, along with medical care, school supplies and video-production assistance.
Candidates must take an exam scheduled on March 15 and March 16, available in five Brazilian cities. The application deadline is March 8.
