Deadline approaching: Internship for Spanish/English-speaking journalists [US]

Applications are being received for undergrads and recent graduates to learn the inner workings of today’s Spanish/English bilingual newsrooms.
The National Association of Hispanic Journalists (NAHJ) along with the support of the Ford Motor Company Fund will be accepting applications up until March 31.
Participants will be able to participate in a paid internship in cities across the country including Atlanta, Georgia; Phoenix, Arizona; Chicago, Illinois; San Antonio, Texas; Washington, DC; Miami, Florida; San Diego, California and San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Those chosen must cover the initial cost of their airfare but will receive a weekly stipend of USD$400 for the 10-week duration of the program. Participants will be also be invited to attend the 29th Annual NAHJ Multimedia Convention in Orlando, FL, with all expenses paid.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age as of March 31, 2011, US citizens or legal residents and either enrolled or a recent graduate from an accredited university with a concentration in journalism or communications.
