Journalists, citizen journalists and bloggers from North Africa and Europe can participate in this seminar in Paris.

Journalism Academy Euromed is a four-day seminar taking place June 26 to July 1 and co-organized with the Tunisian pro-democracy organization "I Watch" and hosted by cafebabel.

Organizers will select 45 European and Northern African bloggers, professional and non-professional journalists to meet in Paris to discuss and exchange experiences about media practices.

Seminar topics will include: citizen journalism, freedom of press, democracy and the role of media in contemporary societies. Trainings will be held on Web 2.0 practices and participants will be encouraged to create media projects together.
