Cinema journalists, film critics and film students from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine can apply to a training program.

Directors Across Borders (DAB), sponsored by the European Union Eastern Partnership Program, will host a three-day training in Yerevan, Armenia and the Golden Apricot International Film Festival.

Dutch film critics Peter Van Bueren and Ronald Rovers will teach the theory and practice of writing about movies and film criticism. After the training, the participants will cover the film festival. Participants must have a good, intermediate or upper-intermediate level command of spoken and written English.

Travel and accommodation expenses for selected participants will be covered by DAB Eastern Partnership Program.
