Journalists from EU print, broadcast or online media can apply to attend a free seminar in Brussels, Belgium.

The European Commission and European Journalism Center are organizing a seminar on "eco-innovation," the industry of creating environmentally-friendly solutions.

The event features meetings with Janez Potočnik, the European Commissioner for the Environment, and other high level EU experts. Participants will discuss environmentally beneficial, innovative and economically viable projects that create growth and jobs in Europe.

Travel, accommodation and meals will be covered for the duration of the program. Only 15 journalists will be chosen.

The seminar is December 15. Apply by December 1.
