Students and recent graduates in post-Soviet countries can participate in this contest.

The website InLiberty.ru is holding an essay contest. Participants are invited to explore and describe one or more factors of successful development - in theory or based on the example of one or more countries.

Finalists will take part in the summer school, organized by InLiberty and Free University and will receive a grant covering accommodation, meals and participation in the school, which will be held from August 25 to 31 at the Free University training center on Lake Basaleti near Tbilisi, Georgia.

Application deadline is June 15.

The first, second and third place winners will receive cash prizes of US$1,000, US$700 and US$500.
