Experienced editors and Web reporters can apply for this position.

The European Journalism Centre (EJC) is seeking a managing editor to oversee the day-to-day content output of its network of websites.

Applicants should have a university degree in journalism (or equivalent); be a native English-speaker (or a certified fluent speaker); be able to work under pressure and independently; have at least five years' experience writing for the Web; and have at least three years' magazine or newspaper editing experience.

The position is available at short notice, and is either Maastricht or Brussels based. The latest start date is February 2013.
