Full-time mid-career professionals covering economics and/or agriculture for established print, broadcast, or web media are invited to apply for the chance to attend the Salzburg Global Seminar in Salzburg, Austria through the 2008 Knight Salzburg AGRA Fellowship. The seminar, an annual gathering of present and future leaders to solve issues of global concern, is being held May 3 to 7. The last day to apply for the fellowship is March 31.

The successful applicant will attend the session “A “Green Revolution” in Africa: What Framework for Success?,” a gathering of leading experts to develop proposals for a “Green Revolution” in sub-Saharan Africa.

The Fellowship covers program fees, travel and accommodation.
