Women journalists are encouraged to submit creative stories about Land to World Pulse, a magazine devoted to women's voices around the world. Deadline for submissions: November 15.

All interpretations of the topic are permitted. Submissions must be limited to 250 words. Participants will self-publish their stories on PulseWire, the social networking site of World Pulse.

The best six to eight stories will be published in the spring edition of World Pulse. Authors of selected stories will receive a free edition of the magazine. World Pulse will also award US$100 to the authors of the top three stories.
