South American filmmakers can enter this contest in France.

The 15th edition of the Association Solidarité Provence Amérique du Sud film festival is accepting submissions of long and short documentaries, as well as feature films.

The festival will be held on March 12 to 19 in Marseille, and March 21 to 30 in other French cities in the Provence region. The program will include debates, lectures, art exhibits and film screenings.

Films must have been produced after January 2011 and must have not been shown commercially in France. Entries should include the application form, a letter of authorization and two copies of the film on DVD, along with a list of dialogue in digital format and two 300 DPI stills.

The winner will receive the Colibri d’Or trophy. The festival will also cover the subtitling expenses of the next film produced by the winner.

The deadline is November 10.
