Film festival seeks entries [Worldwide]

Filmmakers worldwide can submit entries to a festival.
The East End Film Festival 2013 will take place July 4 - 10 in venues and cinemas across East London. The festival aims to showcase cutting edge independent films specifically focusing on those relevant to the communities or the spirit of East London.
The EEFF welcomes all International fictional, documentary, music, animation and experimental films of short or feature length.
All submissions must have been completed after January 2012. Feature submissions must not have previously been released in the United Kingdom on any format.
The EEFF's established awards system includes: best film (reserved for first and second features); best documentary; best UK short film; and the EEFF short film audience award. Submission fees range from EUR€5 (US$6.65) to EUR€100 (about US$130) depending on whether participants are Withoutabox members and when works are submitted.
Early deadline is February 19, and the regular deadline is March 19.
