Persian-language journalists and bloggers are invited to participate in a series of webinars on numbers and statistics in news.

The webinars are organized by The Iran Media Program at the Annenberg School of Communication.

The Persian-language webinars are free of charge and held on a weekly basis. The first session will be held on October 17.

Participants will discuss application of statistics and numbers in Iranian media and will become familiar with relevant skills and techniques.

A total of 30 participants will be accepted in the program. Priority is with contributors to the Iran Media Research blog and participants in its forums.

The course is taught by award-winning Iranian blogger, Arash Abadpour.
