Journalists can attend a free seminar that will discuss open government data and Web citizenship in Brazil. The event will also be webcast.

The seminar "The Era of Open Data" will be held from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (Brasilia standard time) on October 7 by the city government of São Paulo. The event will feature renowned journalists, including Fernando Rodrigues, president of ABRAJI, the Brazilian association of investigative journalism, and hackers who will share applications and projects based on public data.
