Freedom of media and ethics course offered this summer in India

Journalists from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka are invited to apply to a workshop on freedom of media and journalistic ethics, to be held in Chennai, India. Application deadline: March 22.

The workshop, to be held May 24 to June 4, is being offered by the International Institute for Journalism (IIJ) in conjunction with the Asian College of Journalism (ACJ) in Chennai, India. The course will involve lectures, group work, and discussions.

Applicants should have at least two years of professional experience in the field, as well as be proficient in English.
