Indian professionals who want to study at a U.S. university can apply for a Fulbright-Nehru Master's Fellowship.

The communications field of study includes print, broadcast and online media, media management and communications research and strategy.

Fellows will work toward a master's degree. The program is for those who demonstrate leadership qualities, have completed the equivalent of a U.S. bachelor's degree, have at least three years' professional work experience and are committed to return to their original communities to contribute in the field of communications.

The fellowship, which lasts one to two years, covers round-trip airfare, tuition and fees and living costs.
