Investigative journalists in Eastern and Southeastern Europe are encouraged to apply to the Danish funded project Scoop-Caucasus for grants to conduct their investigations. Deadline to submit proposals and estimated budgets: December 15.

Grants will be awarded for investigations taking place in the period December 2008 to March 2009.

Since Scoop was founded in 2003 by the Danish Association for Investigative Journalism, a number of investigative stories have been published with its support, and several have won awards.
