The Guardian seeks writers for its new environmental blog
Deadline:
Journalists and bloggers who write on environmental issues can apply for this opportunity.
The British daily The Guardian is looking for bloggers for its new environmental blog, environmentguardian.
The newspaper is looking to give a platform to talented bloggers, new and experienced, to write about environmental stories with editorial support but with the freedom to choose what you want to write about. Subjects of high priority for the blog include resource extraction, climate change, activism, wildlife and conservation, pollution, energy, cleantech and green technology.
The Guardian is especially interested in environment bloggers in Australia, Canada and the United States, and the emerging economies, such as China and India.
To apply, candidates must fill out an online form detailing their writing history and their ideas for the blog.
The deadline is January 4.
