Harvard launches future of news contest
Deadline:
Aspiring journalists and filmmakers from the U.S. can enter a video contest.
The video contest, sponsored by the Joan Shorenstein Center at the Harvard Kennedy School, seeks videos that answer the question, “What is the future of news?” Videos must be two minutes or under.
The judges are Lorie Conway, documentary filmmaker; Rick Kaplan, executive producer of This Week with Christiane Amanpour and Mark Whitaker, executive vice president and managing editor, CNN.
The winner will receive US$2,000. Two runners-up will receive US$500 each.
