Russian-speaking journalists from Eastern Europe and Central Asia can apply for this scholarship.

The International Harm Reduction Conference, sponsored by the Eurasian Harm Reduction Network (EHRN) and UNAIDS, will take place June 9 to 11 in Vilnius, Lithuania. 

Journalists with at least two years of experience who focus on drug policy, human rights, harm reduction and HIV/AIDS prophylactic can apply.

The scholarship will cover participation in the seminar and the conference, travel expenses, cost of visa, accommodation and meals.

The application deadline is April 25.
