Human Rights Watch (HRW) is seeking a digital director to lead its digital efforts around the world. The successful candidate will develop comprehensive digital solutions across web, mobile, tablet and social media platforms.

Applicants should have a degree in communications, journalism or a related field. An advanced degree is highly desirable. Candidates should also have a minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership-oriented digital experience with NGOs, global institutions or media companies. At least five years in a senior management position is required.
