The Institute for War and Peace Reporting (IWPR) seeks a senior program manager for its media reform project in Rwanda.

The manager will work with the Rwandan government's unit for media reform across multiple governmental and independent entities, as well as implement IWPR programs.

Candidates should have a thorough understanding of media, be familiar with Rwanda and its history and have experience in developing countries. English fluency is required. French and Kinyarwandan language ability are strong bonuses.
