Mexican journalists can submit their work on teen pregnancy prevention to a national journalism contest.

The Award “Prevention of Unplanned Teen Pregnancy,” sponsored by the Latin American Center for Women and Health is aimed at raising awareness about sexual and reproductive health among Mexican youths.

Journalists and media professionals working at Mexican media outlets can submit their work about the impact of unplanned pregnancy on women's health, links between teen pregnancy and poverty and the prevention of unplanned teen pregnancy.

Works can be from print, online media, TV or radio broadcasts between January 1st and August 15th 2011.
