Journalists who cover culture have until September 18 to register to participate in a seminar on news review and coverage of the entertainment industry in Mexico City.

The seminar, organized by Fundación Nuevo Periodismo Iberoamericano and Spain’s Ministry of Culture, is scheduled for October 1 to 4. Journalists must come from Iberoamerican countries and have three or more years of experience in film or culture sections in print, digital or broadcast media.

Spots are limited to 10 participants, who must submit an 800-word autobiography and a recommendation letter, among other requirements seen here.

Registration costs US$50. Financial assistance is available to cover airfare costs up to US$700.
