Successful community internship candidates should be familiar with social platforms, comfortable using social media professionally and must have a basic understanding of statistics.

Those applying for a business internship should have a strong grasp of the social and digital media space, must be pursuing a business or media-focused major, will possess strong communication and writing skills and have experience using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Google Docs.

Editorial internship applicants must have strong familiarity with WordPress (HTML), strong fact checking skills and a thorough grasp of grammar and AP Style.
