Media conference to examine reputation management

Registration is ongoing for the Ninth International Agenda Setting Conference, scheduled for December 3 to 5 in Zurich, Switzerland, which will deal with issues surrounding trust and reputation, including the impact of the modern media on the reputation of all types of organizations.

Organized by Media Tenor International, a company that analyzes media effects, the conference is intended for media experts, corporate representatives, NGO officers, journalists, and students. This year’s theme is “Reputation calls for Accountability.”

Workshops will focus on issues including election campaigning, publisher's image, TV news, CEO communication and agenda setting theory.

The program includes panels with experts, lectures and workshops. Registration is free for journalists but costs EU€1,780 (US$2,400) for company representatives.
