A congress in Panama is inviting journalists and social communicators to analyze how the actions of human beings have impacted the environment. The meeting, scheduled for November 28 and 29, will also highlight the urgency needed to reestablish environmental policies and comply with international agreements.

The event, “Creando consciencia por un desarrollo sostenible con el ambiente" (“Raising awareness for a sustainable development with the environment”), will feature a series of presentations by national and international experts on environmental and development policies, ethics and bioethics, and social and business responsibility, according to its organizers, Asociación de Comunicadores Sociales de Bocas del Toro (ACSBOC).
