Journalists from the Middle East, North Africa, Afghanistan and Pakistan can apply for this part-time volunteer opportunity in Washington.

Muftah is seeking two English editors; one for its Art and Culture section, and one for its Pakistan and Afghanistan page.

Responsibilities include editing articles, generating submissions and writing a weekly blog post for the magazine.

Candidates must have general knowledge and interest in the MENA region. Applicants must be fluent in English and have strong editing skills. Past editorial experience with a magazine, newspaper or journal is a plus.
