Multimedia lab for journalists opens in Prague
A multimedia news lab in the Czech Republic called FUTUROOM is being called "the newsroom of the future" and looks to educate and train people to be journalists with a local focus.
In addition to appealing to editors, reporters, photojournalists, DTP specialists, marketing and advertising specialists and other media professionals, FUTUROOM features a special program for children and teenagers called Junioroom.
The World Editors' Forum (WEF) will also be offering advisory and consulting services, as well as top speakers for FUTUROOM conferences, seminars and master classes for those attending workshops.
