Multimedia training course offered to Hispanic journalists in the US
Deadline:
Hispanic journalists from the United States can participate in an online training course on digital reporting. The course runs for four weeks, and the deadline for applications is January 17, 2011.
During the course, participants will draft a digital news project. The 26 most outstanding students will have the opportunity to receive additional training in Chicago or Los Angeles. Based on review of their projects, eight journalists will be selected to travel to Washington, DC, and participate in the course “How to be a trainer.” The two best trainers will be sent to a national convention to lead sessions with other Spanish-speaking journalists.
