National Association of Black Journalists award seeks entries
Deadline:
Professional journalists in print, broadcast, new media or photojournalism can apply for an award.
The National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) seeks entries for its Salute to Excellence Awards that will recognize exemplary coverage of people or issues in the African/African American diaspora.
Entries can be submitted to six categories - newspaper, magazine, radio, television, digital media and public relations/marketing/advertising.
Only work originally published or broadcast January 1, 2011-December 31, 2011 is eligible for consideration.
The entry fee is US$75 for members and US$100 for non-members.
The deadline is January 9.
